These Terms of Service govern your use of the Terraza Levante website and the terrace design services we offer from our studio at Carrer de Colón 48, 46004 València, Spain.
Terraza Levante provides terrace design services including site surveys, roof terrace layouts, patio deck specifications, shade sail and planter system design, and build coordination. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual quotes or service agreements.
Published prices (€380 site survey, €1,450 patio deck refresh, €4,600 roof layout package, €95/h consultation, €2,100 shade & planter systems, €7,800 full coordination) are indicative starting points. Final quotes depend on site conditions, materials, and scope confirmed after survey. All prices exclude IVA (21%) unless stated otherwise.
Site surveys and design packages require confirmation by email and payment according to the schedule in your quote—typically 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery for design work. Installation and material costs are invoiced separately. We accept bank transfer and other methods specified in your invoice.
Site survey appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the survey fee. Design work cancellations after work has commenced are billed for completed stages.
You agree to provide accurate terrace dimensions, access information, and community-by-law details. You are responsible for obtaining comunidad de propietarios approval where required. We provide documentation to support applications but cannot guarantee approval.
Layout drawings, shade sail designs, and specifications remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables for the specified project. Portfolio use of completed projects requires separate written consent.
Our design services do not replace structural engineering sign-off where required by law. We are not liable for contractor workmanship unless we directly coordinate installation under a separate agreement. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, except where Spanish law prohibits such limitation.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of València, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under EU and Spanish consumer protection law.
