Shade sail geometry, tile deck specifications, planter edge details, and evening seating zones are drawn to scale. Contractor-ready documents included in layout packages.
Where required, we prepare documentation for your comunidad de propietarios—anchor loads, drainage plans, and material specifications.
Your contractor or our coordination team installs the tile deck, shade sails, planter edges, and seating. We inspect critical stages and sign off on completion.
